1. Professional Services Scope
Any initial site consultation, sketch planning check, or verbal proposal is preliminary and informational in nature. A formal contract (under MBA or HIA standards) signed by both parties is required to establish binding construction schedules, pricing, and building specifications.
2. Design and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including custom floorplans, architectural sketches, 3D renderings, and specifications created by our design team remain the sole property of Innovative Design & Construction Group unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not utilize, copy, or distribute our design files to other builders or certifiers without written authorization.
3. Accuracy of Site Information
When requesting planning evaluations or consultations, you agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding property borders, zoning overlays, covenants, and easements. We are not responsible for delays or planning rejections resulting from incomplete, out-of-date, or incorrect land titles and surveys.
4. Pricing and Proposals
Any preliminary estimates, budgets, or square-meter averages provided during initial meetings are indicative only. True construction costs are determined following full engineering reviews, geotechnical analysis, material selection schedules, and structural calculations.
5. Compliance and Licencing
We operate as a licensed residential builder in the state of New South Wales under Builder Licence 888888C. All works are insured via Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF) and completed to the standards set out by the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Australian Standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of information on this website. While we make every effort to display accurate project images, floorplan details, and local council planning advice, all information is subject to change without notice.
